Additionaly we have non-exclusive resellers in specific regions that have qualified as OPC and OPC UA experts and which have an insight knowledge in our SDKs. These resellers add additional services like 1st level support in the regional timezone and local language to the products to satisfy customer requirements. Others add consulting and training classes or development and support services.

ascolab is an authorized service provider for OPC UA products of Unified Automation in the region of Europe and Germany. ascolab offers training classes in German and English language that are tailored for our SDK/Toolkit type of products. In addtion ascolab offers 1st and 2nd level support and customer specific consulting. The contracted development services offered by ascolab include information modelling consultancy, prototyping, software architecture & design reviews, integration services and platform layer adoption of OPC UA Stack library.

Prosys OPC is an authorized reseller of our OPC UA SDK/Toolkits and our OPC UA end user products in the region of Europe and Scandinavia. Prosys is a leading provider of professional OPC software and services with over 10 years of experience in the field and has outstanding knowledge and experience in JAVA development. Prosys offers 1st level support for our UA SDK/Toolkit and our OPC UA end user products
