This one-day online seminar is split into two ½ days and includes the “Quick Overview OPC UA”. In addition:

• it gives an overview on typical OPC UA use cases and domains addressed by standardized information models,
• it provides considerations on how to define or determine what OPC UA features an OPC UA product supports and how it can be tested and certified,
• it provides a short demonstration of how to create an OPC UA based information model and generate applications out of it,
• gives a practical view on commissioning OPC UA applications by setting security and using discovery mechanisms, including a short demonstration.

Goal and Target Audience

The Basic Introduction course intended for people new to OPC UA, who want to get a more comprehensive overview on the technology and capabilities of OPC UA, without going into the technical details.

The target group are decision makers like product managers, program mangers or CTOs as well as end users, system integrators, testers, technical writer, data analysts, etc. who want to get a first impression and practical view on OPC UA.

This cource is an 8 hours ONLINE course, that is split in two days (4h each). You will attend via web conference tool. This seminar is available in German and English language.
