new UaExpert 1.2.1 released

uaexpert.pngThe popular Unified Architecture client UaExpert V1.2.1 now comes with several new features in each of the shipped PlugIns, that make this powerful tool much more handy. After more than one year with great feedback from hundreds of users, it was time for a new version of the de-facto standard OPC UA Client. The new version can highlight selected namespaces, display EnumerationTypes and comes with the latest security features. Furthermore all reported bugs were fixed.


Windows and Linux versions are available as download for free.

OPC UA Development KitsSchwabach, April 2012. Unified Automation announces a new family of products that accelerate the use of the communication standard OPC UA on Windows based systems having a .NET environment. For the trade show HMI in Hannover, Germany the first product - the „.NET based OPC UA Client SDK“ - will be shown as Technical Preview. Following its tradition of professional OPC UA toolkits Unified Automation now offers a solution for the large area of .NET applications. The final release date of the Client SDKs is planned for end of April. In fall this year the second product, the Server-Edition, will follow.

OPC Day Europe at SAP AG

Walldorf, Germany - May 25, 2011

Unified Automation was sponsor of the OPC Europe one day event hosted by SAP in St. Leon Roth, Germany. In SAP's Audimax around 220 participants followed the presentations of OPC Foundation officials, vendors and end users showing their experience with OPC UA. During breaks participants could - besides the excellent catering - speak to UA Experts that lined up the foyer. This event surely strengthen the confidence in UA technology and showed the commitment of vendors and users to go for a new communication standard.
